Our aim is to make every project a success
That’s why our team is highly qualified at a commercial level to assist you in the project formulation and our engineers are available to address all possible questions regarding feasibility and optimization.
We are capable of conducting demonstrations and/or simulations taking into account
the operating environment and calculating and optimizing cycle times.
Our approach thus involves the conceptual, virtual, real aspects and , if requested, subsequent validation on-site.

We can support you in our laboratory by subjecting your samples to vision tests, both 3D and 2D, using linear or circular conveyor or simple tests with Epson and roboDK simulators in the dedicated cells prepared by us.
2D Vision for Robot guide
Our workstation equipped for carrying out vision tests using the proprietary Epson system, which is fully integrated into the robot’s programming software, allows us to understand whether and under what conditions there may be feasibility for the recognition of the pieces under analysis.
The tests are carried out by varying some factors, for example:
• Different possible lighting conditions: lateral, from behind, diffuse from above, circular etc.
• The distance of the camera from the plane on which the pieces to be recognized are placed
• The type of camera and optic used
3D Vision for Robot guide
If a 2D vision system is not sufficient to meet your requirements, for instance, if the application you have submitted requires picking from a crate or a box we can assist you in determining feasibility through tests with 3D vision systems and present you with a demonstration of the developed solution at our premises.
Application’ simulation
In order to optimize the use of our components to the fullest extent, the feasibility study of each application submitted is used to create a virtual simulation of the robot cycle within the provided layout. To this end, both the simulator integrated into the Epson software and the external RoboDK simulator are used.
Conveyor tracking and feeder
Furthermore, thanks to the cells always present in our showroom, we are able to support you in the development of applications with conveyors, both linear and circular, as well as in the selection of the flexible feeder that best suits the parts to be handled in your application.
We have available both circular feeders (FlexiBowl) and rectangular feeder (Epson) directly integrated with our robots. Our goal is to always provide the best solution for the application under consideration, both in terms of robots (cartesian, SCARA, 6-axis and collaborative) and feeding system.
