Both for executing a single movement
and for coordinating the movements of multiple robots.
Software EPSON
EPSON provide the EPSON RC+ software, which is integrated, intuitive and effective on multiple fronts. Thanks to the presence of a simulator it is possible to validate the work cycle offline with any EPSON robot and then integrate it into the real robot if the timing and distance verification is successful. Additionally it is possible to integrate the vision system, conveyor tracking and force sensor, all programmable within the same software with detailed manuals accessible from the software, to guide users according to their specific needs.
Software IAI
Sw CON:
The software is essentially a table of positions, with the ability to modify the system parameters through the dedicated interface. This software belongs to the family of positioners, where the operating principle is the recall of one of the aforementioned positions by an external peripheral.
Sw SEL::
Unlike the controller CON it is possible to create programs consisting of sequences of points whether interpolated or not. It is therefore possible to program a series of points and recall one of these sequences, not just the position indicated in the table.
Software TM
The pulsating heart of the Techman system is its TMFlow flowchart programming software, which enables highly simplified and intuitive programming of the TM robot. It is suitable even for users with little experience. The Drag&Drop mode for importing various functional blocks developed
both by the parent company and by third-party component suppliers (tools) allows for the creation of a complete program, obscuring the complexities of classical programming. The standout feature of the TM robot is its integrated vision system, both the hardware and software levels. It includes a 5MPX color camera, that can be customized with a polarizing filter for more complex applications and it is equipped with autofocus making the TM Cobot truly unique in its kind.
Software NACHI
The NACHI software for robot programming is designed to offer a user-friendly interface that simplifies the programming process. It allows users to easily create movement sequences for NACHI robots even without extensive programming knowledge. The software typically provides various programming modes, such as offline programming and real-time programming, to adapt to the specific needs for the user.
Furthermore the NACHI software often supports advanced features such as virtual simulation and path optimization, enabling users to test and optimize programs before implementing them on physical robots. This helps reduce errors and downtime during practical implementation.
